Join the Canadian Sea Turtle Network’s 2026 Sea Turtle Patrol and help monitor coastal areas for stranded sea turtles. Volunteers can participate by regularly patrolling a beach or section of coastline, helping transport stranded turtles for assessment or veterinary care, and/or supporting public outreach by distributing Sea Turtle Patrol posters. Beach patrol volunteers are asked to monitor their selected coastline approximately once per week from October through January.
